For product reviews and barter collaborations, brands must ship the evaluation units, review samples, or tech accessories directly to the office address provided by our campaign coordinators. CIE is not responsible for custom duties or transit damages on incoming review units.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise under a return-barter contract, review units, products, or gears gifted for campaigns are retained by the creators. If a product needs to be returned after integration, the sponsor company must arrange for return shipping and cover all related carriage charges.
