CIE (Create India Explore) provides digital influencer marketing, sponsorship, and custom video creation services. Due to the custom, creative, and resource-intensive nature of video productions, payments made for scheduled campaigns are non-refundable once content production or planning phase has begun.
If a brand wishes to postpone or cancel a booked integration before production begins, please write to us at least 15 days in advance. Rescheduling options may be provided at the discretion of CIE team depending on the channel's upload calendar.
